Landlords Contents Cover.

Policy will exclude tenants contents but we recommend insuring landlords contents which could be carpets, curtains, other furniture etc, this will also give you full liability cover against injuries caused by the landlords contents. E.G a frayed carpet becoming a trip hazard.
