We are aware that many of our private motor and household customers insured with AXA have received a letter from them stating that we no longer represent them and that you must deal with AXA directly.
πΉ Please ignore this letter β it was sent out to all our personal lines customers in error due to an administrative issue at AXA.
AXA have acknowledged the mistake and have now issued a corrective follow-up letter, which you should receive in the next few days, apologising for the confusion.
To reassure all customers:
β Your policy remains insured with AXA
β We continue to act as your insurance broker
β Your policies will continue to be fully managed by us, as normal
β There is no change to your cover or how you contact us
