Some comments
from the customers who have used the Europ Assistance car
breakdown service |
| " The
arrival time by the garage from the initial call was 13
minutes and when the problem was insurmountable the car was
promptly loaded on the recovery vehicle and delivered to my
home address. This could have been a disastrous end to
my holidays but your service sorted the problem
wonderfully... my compliments to your call staff and garage
that responded." Mr P - Hull |
|
| |
" I would
like to congratulate your call centre staff who were
exceptionally helpful and efficient in dealing with the
repair. It is refreshing in an age when many call
centres of banking and insurance groups favour automated
systems and volume over quality. Well done Europ
Assistance." Mr S G - Herts |
| " I am
amazed at your service and cannot praise it enough."
