Still Here To Help!!

We’ve now been in lock-down for over 8 weeks (I think), in a world where shaved heads, casual joggers and Joe Wicks workouts are the norm we are certainly in weird times.

But we’re a resilient bunch, especially here at Hodgson Insurance we haven’t stopped. We continue to be open for our customers 9-5 weekdays and Saturday mornings via telephone and email (We are closed this bank holiday Monday 25th). Since lock-down we’re not allowing customers to visit the office and this will continue until it’s advised that it’s safe enough to do so.

We’ve had 1 staff member working from the office answering and filtering out your calls to everyone else who continue to work from home. We have just this week introduced 2 members back in to the office to help with the workload obviously adhering to the social distancing and required hygiene routines that are now becoming normal practice.

We can see the light at the end of the tunnel and were slowly preparing for a full return to the office environment (which I certainly miss) as and when the government allow.

Thank you to all our customers who have kept us busy but quite understand when we can’t always get to that unanswered telephone call.
